im having problems with milk even one glass. I switched to 700mg of greek yogurt and doing 30% better. I want to go dairy free but then what will i eat all I think of for protein is muscle meats and gelatin. Do you think I still be ok if i stick with greek yogurt? trying to be instinctive but having troubles trusting my gut.

you do not specify what problems you are having with milk - maybe you are lactose intolerant? they sell lactose free milk in many grocery stores i think - i believe it is called lactaid. you could see if you do any better on it. Or you could try goat milk, some people do better on that. Dr. Peat says that well cooked mushrooms and potatoes are good protein sources. He doesn't like the lactic acid in yogurt, but greek yogurt has been strained and should be lower in acid.
