Hello,
any advice or comment is welcome.
I started to suffer/experience tachycardia when exercising.
I took some blood test and it came out the following
fT3 5.4
fT4 13.9
TSH (reflex) 0.052
The cardiologist said my heart is ok and the cause is the thyroid especially considering the TSH results.
I am taking thyroid (TMAN TR thyroid extract from Thailand 1-2 a day)
My temps are low (35.5 morning - 36.2 evening)
Should I continue to take the TMAN thyroid or stop?
The cardiologins prescribed some beta blocker to avoid the tachycardia. Should I take it?
I am also taking 500mg aspirin every day
Many thanks
Andrea

Looks like you might be taking too much thyroid, but the low temps are indicative that adrenaline is probably too high. Looks like the thyroid isn't getting in to the cells, are you eating enough carbs?
