Looking to start taking a Systemtic enzyme to see if it can do anything with the Peyronies thickening..
Does anyone have any suggestions of good brands?

Which one is the best and most commonly used? There's a few: serrapeptase /nattokinase/ Naprinol /Bromelain/Papain/Chymotryspin/Trypsin. or is it best to use certain ones in combo?

Also taking some cialis now so not sure if that combo is safe.

Forget Neprinol, that ***t is expensive and did nothing for me personally :thumbsdown:.
You could purchase the individual ingredients at a 'fraction' of the price, I wouldn't bother with it though.

I would concentrate on gut health optimization, to help your body with Peyronie's.

Below is a particular favorite and it's cheap too;
NOW supplements Super Enzymes, it has Ox bile, Bromelain, papain and pancreatin included.

I have asked this forum separately on whether Jarrow's Bile acids is good or not:angelic:

The likes of Serrapeptase?nattokinase IMO is going to benefit your lungs and Heart probably more than benefiting your penis.

Do your research before spending your 'hard earned' cash on any of the suggested supplements, I would take them before retiring to bed when your stomach should be empty (don't eat much after 20:00pm) if you do this.

Because of some auto-immunity issue going on with Peyronie's the fact is your/my body has 'tried/attempted' to do the best repair but due to excess fibrin the collagen repair has been over-repaired, that is the simplest way of putting it. For most Peyronie's (dorsal/upward) curve the Tunica Albuginea 'adheres to other fascia, causing a deformity  and less tumescense (erection level).

is there clinical data for use cases of these chems? Seems to be a proper medical intervention.

For that specific situation I have heard serra and natto is the way to go

With that said, Lumbrokinase always performed heads and shoulders above any other systemic enzyme for me.

@Tarmander Do you have a history of Peyronie's?

Enzymes are more succesful for Dupuytren’s contracture, then someone made the association of DC with Peyronie's as both are connective tissue disorders.

There are studies for Serrapeptase and Nattokinase for treating Peyronie's, unfortunately those studies are paid for by guess who??

I will read up on Lumbrokinase, thanks :):

Yeah, a multi-purpose protease/peptidase that has systemic bioavailability doesn't sound too good.

If it were used by mainstream medicine as chemotherapy, we would all be sh*tting on how reckless it is.

THE USE OF DIMETHYL SULFOXIDE IN THE TREATMENT OF GENITOURINARY DISORDERS

"Thirteen patients with Peyronie’s disease were treated. Of the 13 patients so treated, six were significantly improved and were able to resume reasonably normal intercourse. One patient had complete disappearance of the fibrotic plaque, and three others showed definite
evidence of resolution of the fibrosis. The remainder of the subjects were
unaffected. Applications at the time of this writing had varied from eight to
twelve weeks in length."

Yeah, it doesn't work, unfortunately, even with topicals added, Iodine, vitamin C etcetera, etcetera.
