Sydney, Ray Peat Restaurants?

Hey people who have eaten out in Sydney, Australia,

Anywhere you'd recommend to safely eat peat-style? We're lucky enough in this location to have a lot of restaurants that try to incorporate organic produce and pasture raised (though maybe not pasture finished?) animals, but then they taint it with all kinds of gross oils and legumes and so on! So, good restaurants?!

For 100% pasture fed beef Graze which use to be called MUMU's @ crows nest is the one.
