Does this make sense as a culprit or just coincidence?
Second day of 100 mg Phosphatidyl Serine started feeling sick/achy all over but after a couple days it mostly boiled down to a constant, dull pain on the left side of my neck. The same side where I've had a tooth ache on & off before.
So obviously it seems like some sort of immune system activation, but to a degree I haven't felt absent having caught an obvious virus of some sort.
I took it for the cortisol reduction effect for sleep but I've taken things for that in the past.
That possibly could have hyperactivated my immune system but I'm thinking it may have been through some other mechanism.
Really not sure lol. I've been trying artemisia, moringa & artemisinin for several weeks now with no effect like this, tho it could be the case that (perhaps in combination with the PS) their ultimate effects are finally coming to fruition. I stopped them (all of them) to see if it would help the swelling but nope lol.
