Sweat Smells Like Vinegar

Can somebody tells me what is the cause of this?

I thought it is because of bacteria but i tried various antibiotics and i got a reduction in the body odor but it is still there and noticeble.

Sometimes it changes from acidic to musky but it is very rare.
