Maybe if you ground up the egg shells and consumed some of those too for the calcium, Would recommend more root vegetables if going this route, there are other veggies that are ok but many can be problematic, with oxalates, lectins, phosphorus, and other anti nutrients. Can you not tolerate Dairy?

I can eat yogurt. But I forgot to add, potatoes are not included. I cannot tolerate potatoes too.

Ok so you can get some of your calcium from yogurt along with protein and healthy fat, that's good. Can you eat sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips, etc? Maybe get an idea of what you are considering eating in a day, and putting it into an app like cronometer to see how the nutrients stack up, just an idea.
