I got my hands on magnesium stearate free vitamin B1. So far so good.

I can't tolerate magnesium for some reason while in benzo withdrawal, it revs up my symptoms pretty badly.

I dont want to take drugs as I'm on so many drugs already..

I hope the B1 will help!

My blood pressure is perfect sitting at 120 systolic.

i also have heart rate around 90

and blood pressure a litter over 100 and 60. Sometimes 98 over 58. Is this indicative of weak adrenals?

Im using a digital blood pressure.

I reall want my blood pressuer to be 120/80.

You can try high doses of B1 and some magnesium.
Do you still stand by Vitamin B1 considered being one of the top supplements for lowering a high heart rate? Due to some stressful events I am currently trying to bring an elevated resting heart rate down. Have you experienced this yourself?

So far, I have not had success with progesterone, cyproheptadine, thyroid, allopreganolone, aspirin, vitamin k, with bringing my resting heart rate down. Curious to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

Have you tried niacinamide?
I have a rhr of high 80s and niacinamide and all otc supplements do nothing. Neither does being a part time athlete and extensive exercise.

I would not screw around with this and go see a doctor. I take atenolol and it works.
