I dont have yet access to T3 meds. So im thinking what supplement to combine with T4 that will help it convert it toT3.

Im still having hard time accessing T3 and will still find a endocrinologist that can prescribe me and order it online. My other option is dessicated thyroid hormones.

Anyone what can you suggest supplements foods that helps convert t4 to t3. When i use the search engine here it shows taurine?
