i usually take one serving of collagen with my coffee in the morning, but at night i use glycine 3-4 grams along with taurine.
i will be trying a new product called Young Body by Joel Greene, which has glycine, nac, and white willow bark together
How did it go with this supplement? ie Young Body by Joel Greene

im still using it, i wasnt correcting anything or had something i was trying to fix, but i think its an easy solution to get all the ingredients into one mix
i still take additional taurine and glycine most nights with magnesium.

For general interest, I have been taking 7 grams of NAC and about 50 grams of glycine daily for a few months now

You still taking the above?
