Added to the b2 100x2 “folate” (folinic acid) not folic acid— beware....800 mcg- 1.2mg made all the difference in the world energy eye sight and mood

I just got to the part where he says light lowers B2. This is interesting as I read that severe Beri Beri symptoms (B1 deficiency) can include people to feel weak just from being exposed to light. I wonder if these two vitamins are very closely inter-related, or it was a misdiagnosis.
