Supplement List UK
Hi All,
I wanted to put a list together that is the same as the other list but UK specific. I believe there are a few of us from the UK now and many of the supplements would not get to us.
Supplements:
Vitamin A
Calcium
Vitamin E
http://www.vitaminsuk.com/index.php?mai ... button.y=0
Vitamin D
Vitamin K2
http://www.vitaminsuk.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=24439
Niacinimide (B3)
B1 (I have seen a fair few people recommending supplementing B1)
Pregnenolone
http://biovea.co.uk/product_detail.aspx ... op-of-page (Im unsure if this will suffice due to one of the ingredients. If you find better let me know below!)
Progest-E
http://www.nhmworldwide.co.uk/acatalog/ ... html#a0018
Selenium
Thyroid (T3)
Magnesium
Epsom Salts
Charcoal
Salt
Baking Soda
Gelatin
Coconut oil
Sugar
Thermometer
Paper Bags
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brown-Kraft-Pap ... 898&sr=1-9 These are good but pop easily
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brown-Paper-Car ... 898&sr=1-5 If you screw these up a bit they get softer enabling bag breathing AND they are less likely to pop due to the thicker paper. You can just tear the handles off.
Cookware
Lights
Aspirin
As the recommendations come in it would be a good idea for all to agree it would likely pass the Peat criteria.
Am I able to edit this post updating it as we go?
Thanks
Martin
