Hi guys,

is there any "holy grail" supplement that could meet all these requirements?

  1. help with lack of focus, mild anxiety, worry, overthinking/rumination and "pessimistic outlook"

  2. quell inflammation and modulate the immune system, instead of boosting it (I have an autoimmune skin disease and also hay fever)

  3. lowering (or at least not increasing) LDL cholesterol

  4. not having bad interactions with the supplements I'm already taking: tribulus, vit D+K, magnesium, lysine, curcumin, EGCG, B complex, theanine
(N.B tribulus and vit D + K were prescribed by MD, since recent bloodworks showed low vit D and low LH luteinizing hormone)
In the future, I'm considering adding: white jelly mushroom and/or gotu kola for dry skin issues, sulbutiamine, skullcap+chaga mushroom+kanna (the last three seem very interesting because they could help with focus, anxiety and potentially autoimmune inflammation too)

Thanks a LOT!

Benfotiamine 300 mg for overthinking and obsessive thinking. Helps to take with regular B1, around 2200 to 300 mg a day. Be sure to get enough potassium because Taking one without the other can cause heart issues.

thanks man.
I’ve been advised to take sulbutiamine - is it the same or benfotiamine is better? Can I take a B complex along with sulbutiamine/benfotiamine, instead of only regular B1?
Is it necessary to cycle them and do they cause dependency or rebound effect when stopped?
