I'm going to be taking pansterone, androsterone, gonadin, haiduts vitamin K and A. Can someone help me understand which ones should be taken together? Ratios, amounts that sort of thing. I'm 23 with average hormone levels nothing's too high or low.

The only part that confuses me is which ones are "saturated" and "unsaturated"
