I love the sun and understand it's importance.

But what validity is there behind this sort of premature ageing.

I don't mind 5-10% speed up in ageing, but 20-30% can be quite significant.

Is tanning bed 3x a week+ Sun 1x a week dangerous for ageing or skin health

From what I understand UVA causes aging, and the cheapest beds are often UVB

Check out the latest podcast with Peat, he mentions a recent study where redlight exposure after uv quenched all the excess electrons and also improved athletic performance;KMUD: 6-15-2018 Positive Thinking, Sleep, And Repair

I was actually going to get a tanning membership myself once summer is over since I feel so much better with sunlight and I think the uv has some special effects. I think if you try to get some redlight afterwards it could; according to the research, help mitigate some of the harmful effects. Probably niacinamide and aspirin would help to like in solban

tanning beds give me better results for ibs long term sunlight more short term. Depends on uv index i think where u live. try tanning beds winter time when uv index is low then summer use sun.

I've noticed that when I lie in the afternoon sun for an hour, I get very scatterbrained, and my libido goes up. Folate depletion perhaps?

I think it lowers the blood sugar, I felt whacky too and then I started taking a drink with me and felt a lot better
