I took this to work in a mason jar and sipped on it throughout the day and what a great day it was!
3 cups cold black coffee (brewed the night before)
3 tbsp gelatin (great lakes green can)
1/4 cup sugar (or honey, fructose)
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp coconut oil (warmed before adding)
3 tsp instant coffee
I must say drinking this throughout the day in addition to my regular Peaty foods really made a positive difference in mood, energy and warmth!

I love me my cool summer coffee.
I use something very close to your mix during the spring and fall.
For the summer I use cold brewed coffee, and raw cream in place of the coconut oil, and a touch of cocoa or vanilla to make up for the loss of coffee flavor from the brew process.

I'm thinking about ditching the coconut oil in this recipe. Yesterday was it mixed in better but today it's just been floating on top in larger clumps. I must have blended it better the first time. Your recipe sounds delish mt_dreams.

Could you use MCT instead of regular coconut oil? I've also heard of people using butter - i've tried butter and it's not bad.
