My own test startet yesterday.

The day before I started the test I sat the whole day on my couch with horrible fatigue, aching muscles and tiredness.
I couldn't do anything. Except eating and watching TV.

1. Day 03.02.2016
600mg B1 (Thiamine) in the morning after breakfast. 1 drop methylene blue in water at lunchtime. Also moutwash with MB in water after brushing teeth. Fatigue, tiredness and aching muscles a little better. I went to bed on 11:00 p.m. and couldn't sleep. I had to get up again and watched TV till 2:30 a.m. I slept until 9:30 a.m. After I got up, I was not as tired as usual.

2. Day 04.02.2016
600mg B1 (Thiamine) in the morning after breakfast.

But I could fall asleep and woke up only once.

Consider splitting your thiamine dose into 2 or 3 across day?

If you can combine them, Thiamine with a little B2 and B3 I have found has nice synergy. Although I could understand if you just wanted to test the B1 out.

3. Day 05.02.2016
900mg B1 (Thiamine) in the morning after breakfast.
Methylene Blue mouthwash in the evening.

Positives:
  • less nervous and jaw pain in the face
  • teeth less sensitive
  • digestive and gastric/bowel problems significantly better
  • I slept much better on day 2 and day 3

Negatives:
  • today I had very heavy legs
  • mild muscle pain in the legs
  • Energy only slightly better
  • do not look so good
  • bad dreams
  • I need a lot of sleep

That was the recommendation of Dr Costantini because of my sleep problems. 1 dose in the morning and 1 after lunch. If the problem comes back, I will try it but for now I'll take the entire dose in the morning.

For now only Vitamin B1 and Methylene Blue.
I react very strongly to B3.

Extra salt helps with my heavy leg feeling. I notice that happens often when I use MB. So I make sure to put a little extra salt in my diet and that seems to take care of it. Good luck.

4. Day 06.02.2016
900mg B1 (Thiamine) in the morning before breakfast.

Methylene Blue on my nail fungus.

Today I felt similar to yesterday with some fluctuations.
In the morning I had a little more power, lighter legs, less fatigue and less head fog. Noon rather worse with bad mood/tiredness. Dinner a bit better with little more energy. I could hardly go to sleep and was often awake.

All in all I have until now a little more energy than before the test.

Dr. Costantini reported in his study that in 2 of the 3 patients the symptoms improved at 1500mg or even more.
Tomorrow I will increase to 1200mg B1 and we'll see what happens. I increase every 48h/2 days until I feel better.

Can you explain the reaction you get from niacinamide? BTW, I like your posts about thiamine lately :)

:D:) Gradually I come closer to the right dose :):D

Positives:
  • good bowel movement
  • after lunch less brainfog, more energy (mentally and physically)
  • temporarily, I had a "normal" / "free" feeling in the head
  • I look a little better
  • muscle pain/legs are getting better
  • less nerve pain, tooth sensitivity
  • big hunger!!! (but with a normal feeling - no hypoglycaemia)
  • sensitive to coffee is a little better

Negatives:
  • slept restlessly (but tends to be better)
  • in the morning brainfog and tiredness
  • mild flatulence/bloating

Today it was not so good. I don't know why.:banghead::( Perhaps because I took no Methylene Blue. :confused:

I was a little more tired, fatigued, exhausted, bloated and had mood swings.

But my sleep was good.

Tomorrow I raise to 1500 mg. Let's see what happens!?!?;)

Have you tried it after breakfast? So that you have renewed energy stores. Maybe wait a hour or two if you feel it's better on empty stomach.

I have been testing this a bit and it seems to have co2 boosting effect (very slow and relaxed breathing). I never before really had this effect, but after Kuinone (idealabs supplement) it seemed to trigger some cascade that supplements affect differently. Just testing. I'm not entirely sure about this, just that something is happening, heh. Also I'm taking other supplements as well.

  • Much better than yesterday!!! :happy:
  • I look better and my girlfriend said:"You have lively eyes again!":D
  • Sleep was good:)
  • A little more Energy than yesterday, but it still needs to be significantly better o_O
  • Mild nerve pain, bloating and muscle pain in the legs
  • Fewer brain fog - clearer head

Temp 36.8°C - 37°C
Pulse 80-85
Oxygen 96/97%SpO2
