Coffee has toxins too apparently.
Which ones? How do they act as toxins on the body?
I believe this has to do with the brewing process; hot vs cold brew.

For me the more supplements, the better. No contest, so long as the supplements are high-quality in the context of the Peat paradigm.

I'm very attracted to the idea of agonizing dopamine receptors directly with nicotine, as I'm a student and caffeine does not produce the kind of drive as dopaminergic transmission, although it certainly helps.

Nicotine really plays with your dopamine receptors. People who are addicted to it are weak and don't have willpower. I know because I was one of them.
This is true. I can quit my good quality snus on a dime, just nice after my breakfast to have one. The fillers are typically hot garbage, but this particular brand is pretty good. I go in cycles with how many i use, as it is sometimes far too stimulating. No propene Glycol or any benzoates though in this particular brand. I am not trying to get anyone to try this that doesn't like nicotine, just presenting the most healthy snus product i have ever come across. No affiliation what so ever.
