where does he say it's not dangerous? ive never seen him recommend that, he only says carrot, mushroom, or bamboo shoots
I never claimed that he recommended it. I said he doesn't see it as dangerous.

For what its worth, I dont use it anymore. Feel better without it.

The bad thing is that through such single-context studies, some people reduce dietary fiber and become even more constipated, since in many cases this constipation can be caused by non-digestible protein> proliferation of proteoletic bacteria from this protein> endotoxin> even greater constipation. And after a person with such a problem removes fiber, the balance between the "good" bacteria and proteo-letic shifts in favor of the second, since there is no means to support the first.
