Stinky Farts After Coffee

Coffee makes me fart really smelly and it usually makes my gut even more hypersensitive to mental stimuli, etc.
What's the reason behind this? Does it mean im not digesting foods enough, and have low stomach acid?

Stress reaction. You need to get more sugar with your coffee and probably more calories overall

The specific brand makes a huge difference. I had to experiment with like 10 different coffee brands to find one that digests well.

Some coffees caused terrible bloating, gas, stomachaches, each one with it’s own unique symptoms.

Currently, I do best with Peet’s organic dark roast—no digestive symptoms.

Im glad I tried different brands, otherwise I would have written off coffee in general when it wasn’t coffee itself that was the problem.

@BearWithMe @Vileplume It turned out to be sugar (sucrose) was the cause. I do well on plain filtered coffee.
