Yes, I was aware about it.
Back in 2006, I went to London and get an appointment at the London Bridge Hospital with Dr Jeremy Sanderson. At that time, I was trying to get the anti-MAP antibiotics treatment in France but unfortunarely the doctors were reluctant to give it to me.Dr Sanderson agreed to give me the treatment...however, the condition was that he needed to see me at least regulary...and I couldn't afford it as I didn't get enough money to pay the consultation, the treatment, the trip Paris-London-Paris.... :(
However, he told me that he got some good results with this approach but his results with the antibiotics was sadly inconsistant...but if someone suffering from crohn's disease wants to try this treatment in Europe, Dr Jeremy Sanderson is the person to talk to.

lol SS., im still kickin'

I was taking them for gut issues/SIBO/etc. they worked fine, not much for the obesity though. I've backed off and take some tetracycline as needed. I may revisit this in the future.

So, it fixed gut issues for you then?

Even doctors don't give more than four medicines at a time...

I'd be surprised if they are still alive taking all those antibiotics at once

What are you even talking about?

I regularly take a cocktail of three antibiotics to keep my gut bacteria count down and feel my best.

Because serotonin is the feel good hormone.
do we have a scientific representation of what serotonin feels like?

Tired, spent, exhausted. The central fatigue hypothesis says after a long endurance event or prolonged stress the elevation of CNS serotonin is what makes people feel like that. If it becomes high enough, fever and trembling and confusion set in. When it is as high as in carcinoid syndrome psychosis and esxtremely aggressive behavior set in as well.

Georgi said it all.
I can see it in myself and others around me...just horrible

Though a sterile gut would cure a bunch, it seems to me it would also leave it defenseless. If things like a high UMF number Manuka has a strong antibiotic effect, it seems a better course to take…

“ Manuka honey can be safely used as an alternative natural antibiotic, which exerts a stimulating effect on macrophages to release mediators needed for tissue healing and reducing microbial infections. Unique Manuka Factor (UMF), which depends on methylglyoxal content is also important for honey's antibacterial activity. Other active components include hydrogen peroxide, acidic pH level, hyper-osmolality effect and bee defensin-1 etc. Finally, the conclusion is that honey is a natural and safe antibiotic, since no literature published has reported bacterial resistance for honey, which is attributed to the complexity of honey components working solely or in a synergistic manner with other components.”
