Starting a health supplement company in Europe, looking for advice/business mentor

Still very very early stages but I've been seriously considering the idea of starting a small health supplement company either based here in Germany or possibly my home country UK.

I was wondering if anyone with any past/current experience in this field might be interested in being a business mentor or just offering some general advice. Maybe it's a terrible idea haha - if so let me know why!
