Stacking Choline Bitartrate With Salt

So according to wikipedia stacking salt + choline bitartrate is the best option?

peat doesnt like choline. but im experimenting with it at the moment as i have nerve issues and its supposed to help. ill give it a go with salt!

I tried a combo supp with choline and inositol andit relieved my constant jaw clenching. Sadly no benefits in the brain department.

From a biological stand point it makes sense right? Please post your results here :)
