Greetings to all!
What
are your experiences with sprouted foods (grains seeds etc)
Good results for some of them? Thank you in advance for your opinion.
I will try the experiments and give my feelings about them

Sprouted lentils and beans reduce gas and increase protein bioavailability. I don't eat them as a main source of protein.

when you sprout seeds/grains/legumes often they become bitter, they start to develop toxic alkaloids. An inert substances is better than one trying to grow and defend itself. No one should rely at all from enhancing plant nutrients.

Not sure if this will get to you, as "guest", but-- where is your source of information for this statement? I'm very curious because I incorporate some sprouted grains and seeds into my diet but had never heard this before. It would seem to make sense.

If james2388 is not around any longer, anyone else care to chime in?
