The fatty acid profile of it is amazing.
however it's high in polyphenols, iron, magnesium and potassium. (in traditional medicine it's known for reducing waist fat and treating diabetes etc)
Using grapeseed extract, you can reduce its iron content.
has anyone ever had any experience with it?
since stearic acid itself is very expensive so I thought about buying the oil which is 90 percent satured fats.
