I've decided it's just like anything else -- sometimes it can be a bit good, but almost anything good can be bad (either in tandem/simultaneously or outright).
So trust your instincts, I guess, and don't blindly treat the foods like magic potions nor demonic poisons.
I do get cravings and enjoy it, but don't feel it's always with out its downsides. I guess the consensus is -- like anything -- "It depends."
