Each tea bag has 2 g, would contain 0.8 mg of Ui (or Mn), with 75% being extracted: 0.6 mg/bag. They found it to be low in tannids, if nothing else gets in the way of absorption, it's a good source.

- Nutrients in Food Tool (highest in Mn and lowest in Fe to compare ratios)

- Dietary and other sources of aluminium intake

I'm not intimidated by the snow falling.

Isn't the real winner here Yerba Mate?
It seems to me too from the table shown. In addition YM is a good source of Mg.

They found it to be low in tannids, if nothing else gets in the way of absorption, it's a good source.

Interestingly, they also showed a strong inverse correlation between tannins and the infused amount of all those elements except nickel: "Moreover, it was found that the percentage of element leached to the infusion was strongly related to the tannins content in the beverage (correlation coefficients > 0.82 with the exception for nickel); for lower tannins level, better leaching was observed."
