As for the Japanese I think much their strong hair can be contributed to their genes. As their diet became industrialized their hair took a hit as well

?????????

Also face fat/chubby cheeks is due to estrogen I think.

How is this even possible to start being able to pull a ****ton of hair within 2 days? It's like a massive shed has begun for me. I haven't changed anything in my diet (especially that it's been only 2 days...).

What has been only 2 days? And whats your diet?

Take a breath. Its unlikely to be an instant issue.

Yes cayenne pepper was taken internally. As for the Japanese I think much their strong hair can be contributed to their genes. As their diet became industrialized their hair took a hit as well

maybe it’s not the amount of fat. Maybe it’s the ratio of Pufa to SFA.

We know that high amount of certain nutrients can become inflammatory. Even if Pufa are essential high amounts of them may be toxic.

the biggest reason I am focused on fat is due to one case study about a man who sunburned his scalp while on cox2 and 5lox inhibitor. This drug is banned Today due its toxic affects on the body. But according to this case study this man grew back hair in that sunburned MPB area at the same density as the hair on the sides and back. Ignoring this study is a big mistake.

we can assume sunburn was a wounding process but the growth may have been due to the change in prostaglandins. People have reported prostaglandin regimens to regrow hair. Oral castor has def thickened people’s hair.

is it just me but I noticed mainly skinny fat people balding the most?

I want to mention something. Just cause there is a person who tried one regimen and it didn’t work for him doesn’t mean it won’t work for you.

Countless of drugs out there work amazingly well for some. While others it does not. This shows that many things could manifest similarly through different pathways.

Ratios for sure matter, and yeah often times it is the skinny fat people who go bald it would seem. I had to get my temperature taken at work to enter the building. 97.3 degrees. LOOOOL

Does anyone also experience massive swings in hands temperature? After a meal they get nice and warm, but most of the day I feel like I'm freezing.

Are you familiar with Danny Roddy's recent post on YT concerning DHEA(-S)? This might be interesting too...

[New 2020 Article] Men with pattern baldness were found to be proportionately more stressed (elevated DHEA to help oppose cortisol) and had lower levels of testosterone:

"Men with early-onset AGA... have increased DHEAS levels and a worse gonadal steroidogenesis." https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/32148484 (2020)

"Increasingly, in both sexes, it appears that DHEA may rise during stress as a result of a deficiency of thyroid, progesterone, and pregnenolone." Prostate Cancer by Ray Peat (2013) http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/...

"These data show that DHEAS concentrations increase in response to both acute and chronic (repeated) stress and provide another measure of HPA activity that parallels cortisol during acute responses to stress but diverges in chronic or repeated stress." https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20153584

"DHEA-S levels were elevated in all patients [with rapidly progressive male pattern baldness], ranging from 340 to 730 micrograms/dl... suggests that adrenal hyperactivity may initiate alopecia in young men...” https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2950147

"DHEA... [antagonizes] certain responses produced by the glucocorticoids. Since these glucocorticoid-induced physiologic responses are deleterious & since cortisol levels in humans rise with age, resulting in a marked decline in the DHEA-cortisol ratio..." https://link.springer.com/chapter/10....

Yes this happens to me. So when i am asleep my feet are super super warm. The moment I am up and awake. Doesnt matter if i am still in bed. My feet get cold fast. Its clearly. Stress/adrenaline related. I really am not sure how to address this. I was hoping inosine would help. But nope.

It will sound super stupid, but I've noticed that when I play some online FPS game and it gets more intense, hands go cold in a split of second. This is 100% stress (even though I don't think I'm stressing that much). Once I stop they go back to fairly normal... Basically what you said, adrenaline/stress

By the way is there any difference between DHEA supplements?

Have you tried any thyroid ever? Seems to fix my cold feet problem.

Hey everyone. Take a look at this screenshot from a journal. I found this to be very interesting as I talked to a chemist about the possibility that as the serum levels of the human body hormones decreases the skin produces its own levels to compensate for lack of steroids in serum.

According to the text in the screenshot. This only applies to men in that specific scenario of dhea.
