You have to wait around two weeks to get tested for most. HIV takes significantly longer, as does syphilis IIRC, but not as long as HIV.

Also, I don't think comdoms protect against STDs. Next time wear a condom.

Your doctor will tell you better. Hepatitis B and C and AIDS mainly. The other ones are not a big deal, except siphilis but I think it's almost impossible to get it in western world. I wouldn't check anything. If you used condom You are 100% fine I'm sure.
