Smelly Pee

even though i'm trying to get out of this pattern of questioning or noticing a little too much about my body and then trying to figure out why (rather than just accepting that it's probably happening for a good reason)....i've had smelly pee all day (never do)....and only thing different i did yesterday was i ate rice for first time in a couple months. what causes smelly pee in your experience?

Fortified foods usually. Isn't most rice fortified with iron and thiamine?

i assumed it was non-fortified because the ingredient only said "rice" (organic). another thing i've thought is i know i recently was having bacterial issues and have been on colloidal silver. i've also reduce calcium in my diet. it could be bacteria excretion....don'tknow...

i often notice variations in smell from food. Haven't eaten rice just recently, but my recollection is that I've sometimes noticed it (no more unpleasant to me than usual, just a little different.)
