Skin Rash From Sulphur Soap

I used sulphur soap too many times in a row, and left the soap on my skin for too long. Now I have a rash all over my back. I have been applying coconut oil to it a lot.

Any ideas on how to help the rash heal faster?

Cypro?
Vitamin E?
Methylene blue and red light therapy?
Topical B vitamins?
Aspirin?

I had a rash on my calves and some aspirin dissolved in water applied topically reduced the redness and pustules pretty quickly. The rash was from dust though.

I know your post is already a year old but maybe you remember did you try anything that helped?

Thanks. I was in a frantic rush to heal the rash due to work related reasons, but it definitely healed in time. I stopped using sulfur soap for a period of time, and was very careful with how long I left it on my skin in the shower from then on.
