Simple Antioxidant Smoothie I Make Daily (dairy Free)

This is simple and easy to make, and I drink it daily because it's easy to bolster nutrition on minimum calories.

Recipe:
2 cups (approx 280 grams) of frozen blueberries.
2 cups of OJ ( I use Tropicana brand, because it's not from concentrate and it has no added ingredients.)
2 tbsp of collagen hydrolysate (pea protein isolate or potato protein isolate are good choices too)
1 tbsp of sweetener (I use turvia, which is 50/50 stevia and sugarcane)

Additional things I throw in:
3 grams of taurine
2.5 grams of lysine
700mgs of choline l-bitartrate
400mgs of magnesium carbonate
