Recently had some labs done (more thorough than standard) and although I was deficient in plenty of nutrients, my doctor commented that I was her first patient to come back with "very good" levels of magnesium. I've been using Haidut's Magnoil for several months now.

Yes, topical. I've been using about 10-12 drops on the arch of each foot. I place the drops on the arch, then rub the arch one time down the opposite calf. Repeat on the other foot.

The arch is one of the main areas used to apply essential oils. I think we have a lot of pores there. ?
