Should I Get This Light?

So I like to sleep with the light on right now i have 2 100 watt led light bulbs but my light fixture can fit max 60 watts so im looking at this.

I heard from a interview on mercola youtube channel that you get a lot of blue with led. it says 3000k to 3300k but its hard to say because flourscent can be 2700k but a lot of yellow. What do you guys think? It would be 3 times more bright then what I have in the ceiling.

I remember reading that most LEDs and Florescent bulbs have something about their flicker rates that is not healthy. That goes double for no name leds from ebay. I would stick with incandescents for general lighting. Get yourself a brooder clamp and a 300 w clear GE incandescent. LEDs can be used for red light and IR therapy but I wouldnt use them for general lighting. RP recommends incandescent lighting FWIW
