Should I Add Seafood To My Diet

I am a vegetarian and consume quite a bit of milk/ dairy on a daily basis. I was wondering if it might be okay to start including seafood (oysters, crab, shrimp, etc.) to the diet as I am experimenting with seeing if I might be able to increase my energy or performance. Has anyone moved from vegetarian to pescetarian here, or from pescetarian to vegetarian? Also, are there any expected drawbacks of consuming seafood, and if so, how can I address them? Thanks!

Nothing but benefits to add quality zinc and selenium from oyster crab and shrimp. I notice more energy from seafood and dairy meals then most meat and dairy meals. Great mineral based protein.
