I am a vegetarian and consume quite a bit of milk/ dairy on a daily basis. I was wondering if it might be okay to start including seafood (oysters, crab, shrimp, etc.) to the diet as I am experimenting with seeing if I might be able to increase my energy or performance. Has anyone moved from vegetarian to pescetarian here, or from pescetarian to vegetarian? Also, are there any expected drawbacks of consuming seafood, and if so, how can I address them? Thanks!
