I've been on a low estrogen diet for the last month or so. And taking dht for the last two weeks.
A few days ago I did some light exercise and noticed terrible pain in my right shin and right hip. It's been 3 days and the pain is still there. I've stopped the anti Estrogen supps.
I'm seriously worried the low estrogen approach may have caused this.
What can I do to improve bone health?
