Could It be an issue having this shbg and testosterone?

Shbg:. 55,0 nmol/L. (13,5 - 71,4)

Total Testosterone:. 22,79 ng/mL. (2,40 - 8,71)

Looks perfect TBH. Is this naturally?

Absolutely naturally.

I'm 25 years old and I have been suffering digestive and metabolic issues since I was 22/21.

I have really low libido, bloating and mucus issues and I don't know how to fix It...

Can you confirm this is correct? Are you sure there is no comma mistake? 2279 ng/dl is beyond huge.

¿Puede confirmar que esto es correcto? ¿Estás seguro de que no hay ningún error de coma? 2279 ng / dl es más que enorme. [/ QUOTE]

OK, I mean it just that it is the highest Testosterone on the planet then.

For 22,79 ng/ml (2279ng/dl) and SHBG of 55 nmol/L resulting Free Testoterone should be around 540 pg/mL for an arbitrary albumin of 4.3 g/dl.
While you Free Testosterone is only 22,90 pg/mL

Maybe it's a lab mistake because the test show this.
I have had other tests and T levels are high too.

Those are some world class numbers. What is your diet and supplement regimen like, in a few words?

Maybe my calculation is not correct but for that extra huge amount of Total Testosterone value and SHBG value the Free Testerone value is too low to be only 22,90 pg/mL.

I still think the SHBG and Free Testoterone numbers do not add up with the Total Testosterone, I am not sure why other haven't tried to make the calculation themselves to get more opinions on it.

Maybe there should have been done a full hormonal panel to see what is going on entirely, especially if you feel you have health issues.
TSH, FT3 FT4, DHEA-S, Prolactin (PRL), GH, LH, FSH, Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), Estradiol (E2), Cortisol, an many others.

I've learnt that it's better to be on the higher end of normal, than the lower end of normal.

This has been my experience and what i learned from some of the great doctors in hormones, thats its probably better to be high than low
