What does your meal plan look like on this diet? I suppose you add the cocoa butter to oats and lentils during or after cooking for slow digesting, nice and sustained energy that slowly trickles into the bloodstream?
Pretty much! A porridge of rice, lentils and oats with say a banana and some dates. Add cocoa butter and an egg yolk. An oyster on the side.
