I wanted to bring a discussion for men interested in sexual performance. Specifically, how to reduce refractory period and be able to go multiple rounds in a night.
For stamina, obviously good cardio/ aerobic condition is necessary.

John Gray PhD, (of the MarsVenus series) has quite a of good info on this in his newer information, but you really have to listen to a lot of his interviews to get tidbits (find the interviews he's talking more sex, vs relationships). He probably writes about it in "Mars and Venus in the Bedroom", but he seems to have gotten his information from years of the study of tantra. He claims to make love for hours a night, has multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms and only about 1 ejaculatory orgasm per week - more when he was younger (He is now 70 years old, and claims his natural T level is about that of a 30 year old). He says that the science shows each ejaculation greatly reduces a man's testosterone and takes up to 7 days to replace. (And strictly from a woman's pleasure POV - tantra is definitely worth the study and practice ;-) )

DHT is positively correlated with sexual frequency, so I'd focus on optimizing that. Then just making sure your overall energetics is high. Stress, poor sleep, over exercise, low calories, etc, can reduce sexual energy.

This would be an interesting thread discussion (for me) as well. Obviously for an opener, I would think keeping prolactin as low as possible would be a great idea. Get good amounts of calcium and zinc in your diet, for auxiliary support, strong dopaminergic substances like PT-141 or Diamant may be helpful. Plenty of sunlight will help increase dopamine synthesis as well. Don't be sedentary, daily walks can help.

I also think increasing semen volume can help with sexual satisfaction and intensity. Lecithin can help with this. The problem is most products on the market are crap. Either made from soy or sunflower, neither is acceptable around these parts. Egg yolks are the best. Have a morning smoothie with some egg yolks, milk, vanilla, and honey. About 4-5 yolks will provide somewhere around 2-3 grams of lecithin.

Keeping up to date labs on your androgens and thyroid would be helpful. DHEA, DHEA-S, T, E2, DHT, TSH, T3, rT3, PTH, D3, cholesterol,
etc. This one is pretty self explanatory I would think.

You need a perfect balance of neurotransmiters, great health and a very arousable sexual enviroment.
The only episodes i was kind sexually unstoppable, i was under a very strong dopaminergic and serotonergic club drugs with a huge dose of dht-like drug (mesterolone), i could orgasm 3 or 4 times without losing the erection and the sexual drive. Anyway, not feasible to do daily.

High blood sugar is highly correlated with premature ejaculation. You need to be able to burn the sugar you're eating or you'll be a 2 pump chump. Implies getting free fatty acids down.

Personally don’t have a problem with premature ejaculation, I can generally last a fair amount of time, sometimes a lot.
My problem is that after the 1st ejaculation, it takes a while to be able to go again, and I don’t have that much of a drive once I’ve orgasmed once.

That's the last thing you need.

The only times of my life I could go 7 times per night and barely wait 20 minutes between rounds was with my first girlfriend at 17.
I was not healthy at all, would get tired easily while playing sports, couldn't focus in class.

I just had firing up neurotransmitters because of the novelty of sex at the time, and she was a petite and submissive looking blonde that added to the excitment.

This thread is kind of coming from a weird perspective. A male can obviously have sex for hours without ejaculating. Obviously this is a form of edging, so they arousal will build to enormous heights. he can just switch to stimulating his partner manually whenever he feels he may lose control and ejaculate involuntarily, until that feeling passes, then get back to it.

but if ejacukating multiple times is what you really want, the simplest way to achieve that is to abstain for 3 or more days and have a partner you think is highly attractive. This should get you to 3 or 4 rounds reliably. if you want to get into 10 plus rounds or more i have limited experience with that but here is what has worked, a very strong long lasting dopaminergic mixed with alcohol and marijuana is how i have achieved that, AND very importantly I have to have a novel female partner who you find highly attractive to go that distance. She will call you WonderBoy/Man, bro.

This is why masturbation releases only a fraction of the prolactin that real sex releases. Real sex causes a surge in prolactin (and testosterone), signaling to your body you feel satisfied. Whereas jerking off causes a smaller release that quickly goes back to baseline.

Actually prolactin in healthy people will go back to baseline fairly quickly regardless of the situation. It's serum half-life is around 15-30 minutes. I think the bigger issue is for people dealing with hyperprolactemia, which many people here may in fact be. Anyone with low thyroid is. Reeling in the overactive pituitary in hypothyrodism is a crucial area to improving libido. Unless you're also dealing with porn addiction, which is a whole other can of worms.

Nofap could be temporarily useful in restoring proper dopamine sensitivity. Arginine can help strengthen erections, but it's probably not good to take large dosages by itself due to the NO and growth hormone agonism. Taking it with carbs would be best. Gelatin is a good source of arginine.

Why is it that Trenbolone users report being able to go multiple times a day relentlessly although the drug is famous for increasing prolactin ?

Maybe trenbolone raises prolactin enough to prevent physiologically-satisfying orgasms, abolishing the normal rhythm of reproductive activity. Almost like... industrial cattle.
