Anyone knowledgeable on this subject? Some of them seem beneficial.
Serotonin derivatives from safflower seed for example seem to improve vascular elasticity and decrease atherosclerosis in animal experiments, which suggests they might act as serotonin antagonists.

It's worth mentioning that anything can look good in animals models. Researchers often show how great safflower is for example, whereas others show that it causes degeneration and aging.
I don't think that the amount of serotonin in food is enough to make much of a difference for most people, but serotonin can contribute to insulin resistance, vascular leakage, vasoconstriction, etc., but you don't typically see that when people eat foods high in serotonin.
