I haven't looked in LSD much so can't comment. I think micro dosing lsd might help with flow state, but not sure if it's a good idea to use it long term. Lsd wouldn't be my go to for lower serotonin. I'm not big into receptor antagonism since it doesn't actually lower excess serotonin.

LSD is the best, my friend. I suspect Ray did use himself as a quick fix sometimes.
