I am much healthier than I used to be but if I stay up past 11-12 then I will get a lot of the symptoms you are describing. I think a lot of people just don't have the adrenal strength for late nights. We are meant to live by daylight.

I am a night person. On my days off work i usually go to bed around 2 and get up around 11 and i feel fine the rest of the day.I also usually stay up past midnight on the computer in my fathers office without flux and blue light glasses and don't feel as bad the next day as i do from work.

After two weeks off and my first day back 3.5 hours to the shift I can feel these symptoms coming on like I am being poisoned with something. Brain feels foggy like I am drugged up, muscle twitching in my neck just like before i took this long break.I am confused while talking to people and slow to react. My last lab showed high lymphs and I have a feeling it is correlated with this job. Several microwaves, refrigerators, televisions, hundred of computers and cell phones I know there is something in this vibrational field that is doing this to me. If I stay for 8 hours I know what will happen to me again.Paid 170 bucks and the aires defender isn't doing anything. What a scam this is. I am ready to walk out soon.

When I have long stretches of coursework (5-6 hours of mental labor), I dissolve three to four 4 mg cyproheptadine tablets in hot water and sip that over the course of a few hours (avoiding what settles at the bottom of the ramekin) and use coffee or caffeine powder as a stimulant, all of this in addition to regular dosages of B-vitamins, pharmaceutical antidepressants such as lamotrigine and mirtazapine, some fat-soluble vitamins, aspirin.

I'll take pregnenolone in the morning (500 mg), and then use a couple drops of progesterone in vitamin E (Progest-E or Kenogen) if I get anxious, as it synergizes with the cyproheptadine. Carrots and cascara help any gut troubles and constipation respectively.

I also shine 3 heat lamps on my legs and one to the side of my face (the last on a boom-mic crane,) where I turn them on every 15 minutes or so for about 5-10 minutes.

I hope to eventually wean off the antidepressants and replace their anti-stress actions with thyroid. If my pulse drops into the 70s I'll take some T3 to bring it up into the 80s and take some T4 before bedtime, slowly increasing the dose of T4 every few weeks.

The purpose of doing all this would be to tranquilize the person and neutralize any pain of social isolation, but it's often necessary to navigate away from professions with little tangible meaning.

Have you ever tried LSD or MDMA supported with ample food? This might sound like a strange and random conclusion, but it sounds like you're being flooded with serotonin acting on the excitatory 5HT2A receptor. Those two substances will probably shift you away from serotonin dominance.

Disclaimer: I'm not encouraging doing anything illegal though.

The only drug I have taken is marijuana and I don't want to take drugs. There is something going on here with a couple hours I feel like a different person and it is a slow day. I don't want my white blood cells to be attacked by this radiation.I am thinking of playing this safe and leaving early.I am having twitching in my buttocks,my thighs, and my toes.Feel depeersonalized

Oh sorry, I was actually talking to DaveFoster. But your symptoms sound to me like they are arising from extreme generalized stress, not from any one cause. I get the exact same symptoms if I'm isolated in one place for too long. I'm not sure what it is but I think it might be cholinergic excitotoxicity/shock metabolism (which is parasympathetic) or excess sympathetic activity (noradrenaline, adrenaline), but the fundamental cause is stress/lack of stimulating people and environment, at least in my case. I haven't found any shortcut to fixing this except changing the environment unless you want to numb yourself with drugs.

If I am sitting in a forest with my hands up pretending to take phone calls and typing on the computer I am sure I would not get these symptoms.I just stepped outside for a moment and told my supervisor about this and he says that it may be cause by looking at computer screen without reading glasses. When I talked to him the twitching and delirus feelings lessened. He said that I should do a test where I look at the screen for an hour and then look away and see what happens.

LSD helps with learning, but it's expensive. Even a single administration of MDMA has crippling, permanent hormonal effects.

"Cortisol release is increased by stimulatory factors, including physical activity, thermal stress and stimulant drugs. In laboratory studies MDMA leads to an acute cortisol increase of around 150% in sedentary humans. In MDMA-using dance clubbers, the cortisol levels are increased by around 800%, possibly due to the combined factors of stimulant drug, physical exertion and psychosocial stimulation. Regular ecstasy/MDMA users also demonstrate changes in baseline cortisol levels and cortisol reactivity, with compromised hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal activity. Nonpharmacological research has shown how cortisol is important for psychological aspects such as memory, cognition, sleep, impulsivity, depression and neuronal damage. These same functions are often impaired in recreational ecstasy/MDMA users, and cortisol may be an important modulatory co-factor."

"Three-month hair samples of abstinent users revealed cortisol levels 400% higher than those in controls. "

What are its hormonal effects? All I've heard is that it kills serotonin neurons.

Which suggests that you are probably experiencing isolation/deprivation stress.

Interesting I always have tested on myers briggs as Introvert. Also typically..After a night of work and crumbled sleep I will go to the park next day walk wake up feeling ill like some kind of autoimmune dysfuncton with malaise and sore throat. The go to the forest and very slowly it wont be until later the next day where my brain chemicals that feel shot and electricized finally slowly dissipates from a 9 to a 7 with some lingering malaise/viral type feeling/with wrecked brain chemicals. It wont be until an addition day after that where I feel normal again. These symptoms are hard to describe. When mother is moving around the morning after work when she closes the door everything feels like its a foot away and right next to me. When I say shot my neurons are so agitated and so sensitive to sound. When kids walk bye me in the forest the day after work I am very very agitated and sometimes want to tell them to shut up. This is usually not the case while im not working.Something is messed up brain chemistry wise leading to after work and the next night.

Also in the 8 months that I have been here not once have I had a morning erection the day after work. It seems like the frequencies are doing something to the immune system, nervous system and endocrine system.

Last night i ended up leaving work a little early.I went home ate some dinner and then decided to try

something.I met up with a friend at a bar to play some ping pong.Upon arriving at the bar,i felt drugged up and

this is the same feeling i got as i would in the past masturbate to porn for a couple rounds and then go out.Porn

is described to have similar feeling of heroine addiction. And i could feel the withdrawl.Same thing here.

After parking i realized i was feeling too wrecked neurologically to play so i walked the streets very slowly like

around 2mph taking small steps.I could feel the druglike affects of being at work for 6.5 hours. When i first

started playing around midnight i could still feel the low dopamine effects like that of crashing after couple

rounds of porn. There were times i would lose my balance and feel like falling over as well as feeling extremely

agitated and numb to my surroundings. It wasn't after 2 hours of movement

that i felt better and could feel the endorphins trying to override the depleted transmitters from work.I actually

slept ok and woke up with an erection and attribute this to the dopamine action from ping pong.If it were not

for those two hours of playing i feel like i would be in hell again. My supervisor reccomended that when i go back

to work on thursday that i try some reading glasses.I did use have a prescription for subpar vision several years

ago at walmart but i just never really stayed with the glasses.I wonder if looking into the computer with reading

classes will help with the depletion of these neurotransmitters as im not sure if straining eyes affects these

chemicals.Intuitively, i feel that this is due to the vibration field as there as there is over 1000 items plugged into

walls in a dense space.
