Seeking Health Vitamin A Drops - Still Ok

I use the mentioned product, but it expired 11/18.
The product is as seen here, but concentration per drops seems to be different.
The one I have is 5000 IU Vit A palmitate and 25 IU beta-carotene.
They have been unrefrigerated in a blue glass bottle. Are these still usable?
How much higher do I need to dose?

I know manufacturers have max amount of life they can put on a product, so there won't be any guarantees after that date. But based on the bottle and refrigeration, I personally would use them and assume that it is still good. The only caveat is that those are unsaturated molecules, so they could oxidize. A color change would likely be the biggest tell that the product might be going bad.

Thanks! I think the color is still normal; It has never been refrigerated, though.
