How much zinc do you take?
10-15mg. Dont overdose. Also if u are using a shampoo with zinc in it drop it.

When i first started retinol i was getting mixed results. Dry ache joints and soon i realized copper would mitigate the dryness and achey joints.


Beard dandruff and hair dandruff fluctuate from being 100% to 99% gone. If i miss more than 2-3 days of the dosage things go right back to how they were its weird

Do you know your zinc, A and copper blood levels?

IL-2 and IFN-γ levels are significantly higher in patients with seborrheic dermatitis.


So, seborrheic dermatitis is associated with Th1 dominance.
