How much red meat?Do you get enough zinc? I had really bad dry skin and dandruff while eating lots beef liver and sugar. Once I stopped eating foods with high copper and started eating a portion of red meat a day, over time it cleared up.
Around 200-300g of lean ground beef or a lean steak. The sugar you eat could be increasing your needs for zinc, and beef liver is very high in copper so it would oppose zinc. I also believe zinc is crucial for adequate digestion. How much red meat?
Some eggs but they’ve been gassing me out…
Liver
Milk..
That’s about it..
Not sure if this is the case for you but following a lot of @lampofred s suggestions helped me a lot.Dandruff is usually due to a poorly-functioning immune system. A common cause of that is a lack of zinc relative to copper. That's why Head and Shoulders shampoo works in many instances (it is rich in zinc).
Too much sugar can cause dandruff. Sugar does raise the metabolic rate, but at the same time, you are draining vitamins and minerals at a faster rate, so consuming a lot of sugar as Peat says will lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies unless you're eating a good amount of liver. But liver has more copper than liver, so it's not good for the zinc/copper situation.
Zinc deficiency is connected with diarreah and I have constipation poo nuggets..Around 200-300g of lean ground beef or a lean steak. It’s not just white sugar that does it though. Starch can do it too ?Not sure if this is the case for you but following a lot of @lampofred s suggestions helped me a lot.
