Pretty much. Unhealthy Westernized populations are bound to getting more and more cancer, so this list is more of a ranking system according to how efficient the health system is at maintaining sick people alive.
Not surprised to see FRANCE as a top 2 Country, people over there fiercely defend their high fat “cuisine”. Denmark is quite the high fat country too iirc.
