How many of you have given it a real experiential test? I've not yet - but there have been enough positive reports to be worth it. The science is not clear. There certainly can be a grounding phenomenon occur via skin contact with a grounding plate and/or the earth. TCM experts have warned of the potential for depletion - but not as severe as going barefoot on damp or cold surfaces. There's too many peer reviewed articles to copy/paste here, so I won't for now... Thoughts?
