It's the only thing I changed and my sleep is noticeable different 3 nights in a row. It's not even that I'm sleeping longer hours, it's the quality is better.

I experienced this last year when I did neurofeedback and those sessions were all around noon.

yeah that is different. That is sound, this is electromagnetic.

I also haven't seen much more on the Tesla Purple Plate here on the forum, but it does get high reviews on Amazon.
