Do you mean bleeding after dermarolling? What length of needles do you use?

1.5
no since I use the oil after dermarolling.
2 hours.
The sting makes an insane amount of blood rush to your scalp, it’s actually crazy.
When you do that, like I said touching my hair makes me shiver, they are so sensitive. You can feel every follicle.
Since I don’t have much to lose and giving up minox I will continue doing this daily. I do not advise this at all for maintenance.

I can’t dermaroll at 1,5 daily though, but at 0,5 or do salt scrubs.
My underlying issues I think are fixed, my daytime temps are at 37 degrees now and my gut is doing okay. So I am just trying to get as much blood up there as possible without completely raping my scalp

Think coffee likely speeded up my hair loss, but I was abusing it @ like 5 cups a day. I think underlying pathologies leading to hair loss are speeded up. Now if you fix those, then drink coffee it's another thing and probably good for hair. Numerous accounts for that on here.
I drink 1 cup now in the morning. I often get diarrhea if I drink a second one during the day, on which I drink fluids (milk, oj) basically exclusively, so that's probably why.

1,5% fat milk works great for me. Get it fresh, I think thats a biggie. I wasn't doing well on non fresh milk. I'm lucky to get non homogenized, local eco milk in glass bottles. ****** heaven.
I crave nothing more than milk now.

While I did not hear the blops, I had this feeling of galea detaching from something underneath once or twice. Do you have to massage long to achieve this? How do you pinch, whats your technique.

Hey buddy, just saw your question.

I've tried massaging for a couple years, stretches of consistency for a few months then a break and back again - all to no real progress, in fact when i was most consistent (at least once a day for almost 4 months) I'd say it had a detrimental effect. But as I mentioned, I truly think it's due to my thyroid or metabolism. My temperature on average throughout the day is 36.4 and the optimal is 37 or over. So I don't think I was healing enough from the stimulation.

But to bring it around to my point, it was only one day in particular a couple months ago that I pinched a spot hard enough to make a pop. few weeks later I was able to achieve it again and then it started happening more when I set my intention to do it. I didn't use a machine or tool, just my three fingers on both hands - pointer, middle and ring - and I had to find the right spots and to pinch hard enough. It's almost like it wasn't a pinch any more but instead I was trying to create a small fold of my galea.
This puts a lot of stress on the fingers, had to take time off to give them recovery.

I mostly achieved this around the crown and especially the ridges. Ive created this pop prolly above 20 times but below 30, and really I can't stress enough how gratifying of a feeling it is, especially cause it takes some force and then its like a release when you feel/hear it pop. Plus the scalp is much more easier to manipulate in those areas so there's obviously a detachment going on.

I haven't been able to do it on the hairline cause the scalp is too thin and stretched out although i've worked downwards kinda close to the hairline today and got a pop but about 2.5 inches past my hairline towards my crown. I got two today after not trying for a couple weeks cause i thought I got them all. To me, this can only be a good thing as i'm sure it's going to allow more blood flow.

thanks bud.
I was stuck @ 36.5 degrees as well, and now upped it to 36,8-37,1 after introducing aspirin and grass fed beef gelatine (used trash gelatine before), and quitting coffee. I think it's likely the aspirin and coffee withdrawal, as I believe I was running on adrenal energy before.
I sleep better as well, so there is an upward spiral. Better sleep, better metabolism.
You have to eat of course

  • mainstream hairloss forums, Lookism = learned helplessness
  • RP forum = breaking out of LH
At least it was this way for me.

We have a great forum here, but because a lot of the people who join are very sick at first, we still
encounter defensive attitudes and aggressiveness sometimes. We have to handle these situations
with love and acceptance. We're not here to have fight or argue, we're here to debate/criticize/learn
but above all help each other. Most of the times it is what happens, being on this forum is a powerful
form of therapy when people are non-judgmental and we help one another.

What do y'all think about the Anthony Perkins/Christopher Walken method of tugging the hair? When hair near the brow is tugged enough to raise the scalp, pockets of pink blood can be seen pooling around the follicle. Stretching the scalp by tugging would have an effect similar, if not identical, to massage. And perhaps stretching the scalp in this way will lead to increased follicular density over time, just as do scalp expansion devices for scalp trauma patients.

Why after dinner?
If i take it at dinner i dont sleep have insonia.

Your experience is contrary to most people. It helps people sleep.
And if you take it right after a big meal, it is less irritating, and assimilated better,
especially if it is dissolved in hot water and baking soda beforehand.
It also helps assimilate glucose better.

Yeah I really can't seem to get past this average. I'll get up to 36.8 - 36.9 at night but I want to clear 37 consistently.

I use gelatin a lot in smoothies, good quality stuff. Can't say it's helped my hair but I could be wrong. Has definitely helped with my mood however, I'm much more laid back cause of gelatin i suspect.

I see you use 325mg of aspirin. Do you find this is the best dosage for hair reasons? I use 150mg dissolveable aspirin and i noticed an increase in libido which validates a post from Haidut speaking about aspirin being a good substitute for viagra.

Coffee is gonna be hard for me to give up even though I only have one a day but that's a bright spot of my morning.

Same, maybe at some point I will get back to my one morning coffee, it just feels so good lol
Anyway, yesterday first day in a while that I pushed a little bit in sports, and I immediatly have a temperature dropdown lol
Jesus christ, my body just does not want me to do anything that I enjoy I guess, it really sucks

I completely dropped coffee and added NDT. To be honest I think it works. The cold hands occurences have been reduced dramatically. No I only have to figure out how to lose weight without messing with stress hormones again lol.

ndt?
for weightloss i can't really help, since I never had that problem. I thought people who can't lose weight are super low stress hormones already, generally.
I guess you need to fix your thyroid function. More heat= more cal loss

I would imagine it being quite difficult for someone in your position to stop hairloss AND lose weight sadly

@Ableton ndt - > desiccated thyroid.
Apparently it's possible to be high stress and gain weight. Otherwise what explains my extreme cold hands.

Same situation here for 2+ years I’d been incapable/unwilling of doing much exercise, and when I did try it crashed my metabolism.

But the mere fact that you want to be active means you’re on an upward trend in your recovery. These last few months I was getting better and going for long walks in nature daily, but with the covid all the parks are closed which is a massive bummer

Same, maybe at some point I will get back to my one morning coffee, it just feels so good lol
