Does anyone have any experience/knowledge on this class of drugs? They antagonise the serotonin receptors, right? So are they good? But they’re also “reuptake inhibitors” so maybe not so good? Wiki says a lot of them also also antagonise a-1 adrenergic receptors.
Any insight would be appreciated

sorry for the random bump, but if the drug complex that you're talking about has a higher affinity for 5-HT receptors than actual endogenous serotonin wouldn't that counteract the unwanted rise in serotonin via its ability to inhibit reuptake?
